Returns and Exchanges

Subject to the following, we will gladly refund you by mail or at the branch of your choice, according to the original method of payment, any unworn merchandise in perfect resale condition and in its original box. You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to make a return.

Yes, it is possible to come to one of our 20 stores to exchange or return an online order.

Make sure you bring back the unworn item(s) in their respective boxes, and have your invoice on hand.

There are two options for returning an online order. You can return the item(s) by mail ($4.99 fee), or in one of our 20 Bopied and Tendances boutiques (Free).

You will need your email address and your order number to make your request. Following your request, we will approve your return or exchange request as soon as possible. You will then receive an email with a pre-paid return label.

COVID-19: If your local store is temporarily closed due to Covid-19, an additional 15 days following the reopening of your store will be granted for all returns and exchanges.You must have your invoice and the original box. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded on a new gift card.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTWeoffer a one-time price adjustment policy on a regular priced item only within 14 days of purchase. The original invoice is required.

GIFT CARDSOurgift cards can be used exclusively for the purchase of our merchandise in store. They are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

FINAL SALEAproduct in Sale stamped in red final sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. Final sale on all merchandise reduced by 50% or more.


Delivery is available to Canadian residents only andorders will be shipped by Canada Post within twoto seven business daysof the invoice date.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon pick-up at our facility.
Please note that during busy periods, service may be slow. Please note that during busy periods such as sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day), during the holiday season or in connection with situations beyond the control of the BOPIED group, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
