Returns and Exchanges

Subject to the following, we will gladly refund you by mail or at the branch of your choice, according to the original method of payment, any unworn merchandise in perfect resale condition and in its original box. You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to make a return.

If you have benefited from a discount based on a minimum order and wish to return items whose order value and/or quantity ordered is less than the minimum required, your purchase will no longer be eligible for the discount and the value of your credit/discount will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, it is possible to visit one of our 20 boutiques to exchange or return an online order.

Be sure to return the unworn item(s) in their respective boxes, and have your invoice on hand.

There are two options for returning an online order. You can return the item(s) by mail ($4.99 fee), or in one of our 20 Bopied and Tendances boutiques (Free).

 RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE

You will need your email address and your order number to make your request. Following your request, we will approve your return or exchange request as soon as possible. You will then receive an e-mail with a prepaid return label.
You have up to 30 days from the shipping date to make a return.

NOTE:Initial shipping costs are not refunded for returns, and a $4.99 fee is deducted from any refund by mail.

You must have your invoice and the original box. Refunds will be made via the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded on a new gift card.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT We offer a one-time price adjustment policy on an item purchased at regular price only within 14 days of purchase. The original invoice is required.

GIFT CARDS Our gift cards can be used exclusively to purchase our merchandise in store. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for monetary value.

FINAL SALE A product in Sale stamped in final sale red cannot be exchanged or refunded. Final sale on all merchandise reduced by 50% or more.

Shipping

We offer fast and inexpensive delivery:

  • Orders of $120 or more* : Free delivery
  • Orders under $120: $8.99

*Amounts are calculated after discounts and before taxes. Take advantage of this opportunity to make your purchases and benefit from free delivery by grouping your items together!

Shipping is available to Canadian residents only.

Orders will be shipped by Canada Post or Tecor within two to seven business days of the invoice date.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon pickup at our facility.
Please note that during busy periods, services may be slow.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day), during the holiday season or in connection with situations beyond the control of the BOPIED group.

If you receive an item that you did not order, write to us at web@bopied.com.

A period of 3 working days must be allowed before a service ticket is issued with the delivery partner. Sometimes the package will arrive the next day or two. Please contact us at web@bopied.com if you still haven't received it after the waiting period.

You will receive an e-mail as an order confirmation. If you do not receive it, please contact us at web@bopied.com.

At the end of your online order, at the time of payment, you can enter your promotional code in the appropriate box.

We offer a 14-day price adjustment policy from the date of purchase.

It is possible to cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us at web@bopied.com and we will refund your order without any problem.
