How to make a return or an exchange?
To make a return/exchange of a purchase made online, you must click on our'MAKE A RETURN' button above. You will need your email address and your order # to make your request. After selecting the reason for the return/exchange, you will automatically receive your return label by email.
Please make sure that the returned items are in perfect condition, in their original box. A fee of $4.99 (plus tax) will apply to all mail-in returns and will be deducted from the refund. By presenting your invoice, you can also return/exchange your order for free in one of our 20 Bopied or Tendances chaussures stores across Quebec. See our map here. The initial are not refunded for returns.
Steps to follow:
- Ensure that the item is in perfect condition
- Make a request forreturn label here
- Pack the box in the shipping bag provided with the initial order. Please do not glue anything directly onto the box.
- Stick the return label over the old one
- Take the package to a Canada Post service location
- Note: Initial shipping costs are not refunded for returns and a $4.99 fee is deducted from any refund by mail.
Return policy for an item purchased online
You have 30 days following the shipping date to make a return. A fee of $4.99 (plus taxes) will apply to all returns by mail, and will be deducted from the refund. Subject to the following, we will refund your return (by mail or in-store) in the original form of payment, for any unworn merchandise in perfect resale condition and in its original box.
Please note that any merchandise reduced by 50% or more is considered a Final Sale.
Initial shipping charges are not refunded for returns and a $4.99 fee is deducted from any refund by mail.
During the holiday season, the exchange period will be extended until January 8, 2023. All other conditions will remain the same as our regular terms. No returns accepted in store on December 26th and 27th 2022.

We offer a one-time price adjustment policy on an item purchased at regular price only within 14 days of purchase. The original invoice is required.
In-store purchasing policy
You may return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of purchase . You must have your receipt and the original box. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a new gift card.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards can be used exclusively for the purchase of our merchandise in store. They are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
FINAL SALE
A product in Sale stamped in red final sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. Final sale on all merchandise reduced by 50% or more.
COVID-19: If the store in your area is temporarily closed due to Covid-19 measures, an additional 15 days following the reopening of your store will be granted for all returns and exchanges.
What are the conditions when the items are in Sale?
All items purchased with a Sale of 50% off or more are final sales. No returns or exchanges. All online promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
