Refund policy


RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES 

You must make your return from the following link: return or exchange an item You will need your email address and your order number to make your request. Following your request, we will approve your return or exchange request as soon as possible. You will then receive an email containing a prepaid return label. You have up to 30 days following the shipping date to make a return. 

*Restrictions: Final sale on any merchandise reduced by 50% or more.

The merchandise must be in perfect condition for resale in its original box and must not have been worn or damaged. Returned items must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

MAILING RETURNS: Fixed fee of $5.

STORE RETURNS : Free

    Please note that initial shipping charges are not refunded and a $5.00 fee is deducted from any refund by mail. 

     

    RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

    You may return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund within14 days of purchaseat .

    You must have your invoice and the original box. Refunds will be made via the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded on a new gift card.

    PRICE ADJUSTMENT
    We offer a one-time price adjustment policy on an item purchased at regular price only within 14 days of purchase. The original invoice is required.

    GIFT CARD
    Our gift cards can be used exclusively to purchase our merchandise in-store. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for monetary value.

    FINAL SALE
    A product in Sale stamped in Final Sale red cannot be exchanged or refunded. Final sale on all merchandise reduced by 50% or more.

    HOLIDAY SEASON POLICY 🎄
    During the holiday season, the exchange period will be extended until January 6, 2026. No exchanges will be accepted on December 25 and 27, 2025. All other conditions will be the same as our regular terms.
