The mobile messaging service (the "Service") Bopied & Tendances chaussures is operated by CHAUSSURES BO-PIEDS INC. (“ Bopied & Trends Shoes", "we"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such modifications constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

 We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any charges associated with SMS messaging imposed by your wireless service provider. Message and data rates may apply. 

 SMS messages can be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. 

 Your consent to receive automatically composed SMS marketing messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.

The frequency of messages varies. Send the unique keyword STOP [insert your sending numberto cancel at any time. You will receive a single unsubscribe confirmation SMS. If you subscribe to other mobile messaging programs Bopied & Shoe Trends mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will need to unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms and conditions.  We may change any Short Code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and we will notify you of any such changes. You acknowledge that any messages you send to a Short Code or telephone number that we have changed, including STOP and INFO messages, may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring any requests made in such messages. 

 Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date information with us regarding your receipt of messages. 

 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless against any third party claims, liabilities, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or from your providing us with a telephone number that is not your own. 

 To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for the failure, delay or misdelivery of any information sent via the Service, for any errors in such information and/or for any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.
