Returns and Exchanges

 

 ONLINE PURCHASES

 Returning or exchanging an item purchased online

Subject to the following, we will gladly refund by mail or at the store of your choice, depending on the method of initial payment, any unworn merchandise in perfect resaleable condition and in its original box.
You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to make a return.
*Restrictions: Final sale on any merchandise reduced by 50% or more.

Returns or exchanges by MAIL ($4.99 fee)

You must make your return/exchange by clicking here.
You will need your email address and your order number to make your request. Following your request, we will approve your return or exchange request as soon as possible. You will then receive an email with a pre-paid return label.
You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to make a return.
 NOTE: Initial shipping costs are not refunded for returns and a $4.99 fee is deducted from any refund by mail.

 

In-store returns or exchanges (FREE)

You can return your order in one of our 20 stores
Be sure to return the unworn item(s) in their respective boxes, and have your invoice on hand.
You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to make a return.
NOTE: Initial shipping costs are not refunded for returns.

 

 IN-STORE PURCHASES

You may return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of purchase.

You must have your invoice and the original box. Refunds will be made via the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded on a new gift card.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We offer a one-time price adjustment policy on a regular priced item only within 14 days of purchase. The original invoice is required.

GIFT CARD
Our gift cards can only be used to purchase our merchandise in shop. They are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

FINAL SALE
A product in Sale stamped in red final sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. Final sale on all merchandise reduced by 50% or more.

COVID-19: If the store in your area is temporarily closed due to Covid-19 measures, an additional 15 days following the reopening of your store will be granted for all returns and exchanges.

Holiday policy: During the holiday season, the trading period will be extended to January 9, 2022. All other conditions will remain the same as our regular terms.
